Ann Heitland, Associate Broker, RE/MAX Peak PropertiesTeam Leader, Ann Heitland, has been selling Flagstaff real estate since 1998. Ann has consistently out-performed more and less experienced agents to sell a significant share of our market. Ann became an Arizona licensed broker after three years of selling, and also earned designations as Graduate, RealtorŪ Institute; Accredited Buyer Representative; EcoBrokerŪ; and Certified Residential Specialist. Before her career in real estate, Ann practiced law for 23 years, where she likewise was driven by the desire for results for her clients based on hard work founded on precise information and integrity. In order to spend more time outdoors and in Flagstaff, Ann chose to become a real estate professional in 1998. Ann sets the mission of Team Heitland as selling real estate with skill and honesty while preserving time to enjoy living in Flagstaff.
Ann grew up in Iowa and graduated from The College (1972) and the Law School (1975) of the University of Chicago.She also studied in the U of C's Graduate School of Business. Her professional experience in law included real estate and other business transactions, and emphasized complex litigation and trial work for businesses and individuals. She became a Partner with Schiff Hardin, LLP, in Chicago in 1982. Ann moved to Flagstaff in 1995, where she ran her own successful law practice for 3 years before accepting the challenge of real estate sales.
Ann is a member of Northern Arizona Association of Realtors, Arizona Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Flagstaff Exchange Club, American Association of University Women. Ann presently serves on the board of directors of the Flagstaff Exchange Club and as Volunteer Coordinator for the County Democratic Party. She formerly served as president and member of the Board of Directors of Victim/Witness Services for Coconino County. |
Tina Sutton, ABR, GRI, CRS, RealtorŪTina Sutton joined what has become Team Heitland as a partner representing buyers in 2003. She has since earned the Accredited Buyer Representative and Graduate RealtorŪ Institute designations. Tina moved to Flagstaff from the Phoenix area in 1993. She holds a Masters Degree in Applied Anthropology from Northern Arizona University. She worked with the university, community organizations, and the Arizona Governor's office of community outreach to develop, implement and support culturally appropriate programs for first generation college students, early childhood development and social services in northern Arizona.

Patty Peck, ABR, E-Pro, RealtorŪPatty was born and raised in Apache Junction, Arizona. She put the little town on the map by being the first girl in the state to play with boy's little league baseball and junior high basketball teams.Becoming a high school All-American athlete, she went on to play for the nationally-ranked Central Arizona College Vaqueros.When recruited by the Northern Arizona University volleyball team, she arrived in Flagstaff and fell in love with the beautiful small town that it was in 1982.Patty graduated from NAU with a Criminal Justice degree and went on to a successful 20-year career in government service. Patty began selling real estate in Northern Arizona over a year ago and joined Team Heitland and RE/MAX in the Spring of 2006. Patty holds the Accredited Buyer Representative and e-Pro real estate designations and is pursuing the GRI program. |
