Ann Heitland, Associate Broker, CRS, GRI, ABR

Ann Heitland is the leader of Team Heitland at RE/MAX Peak Properties and an Associate Broker with that firm. Ann focuses on listings, marketing and quality assurance for all clients of our team. All of our agents know and love Flagstaff and want to help you make it your home.

Before her career in real estate, Ann practiced law for 23 years, where she likewise was driven by the desire for results for her clients based on hard work founded on precise information and integrity. In order to spend more time outdoors and in Flagstaff, Ann chose to become a real estate professional in 1998.

Ann grew up in Iowa and graduated from The College (1972) and the Law School (1975) of the University of Chicago. She also studied in the
U of C’s Graduate School of Business.

Ann is EcoBroker Certified®, is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and an Accredited Buyer
Representative (ABR).

Patty Peck, Buyer Specialist

Patty specializes in helping buyers find their Flagstaff home. She loves to introduce relocating buyers to Flagstaff. Patty has sold Flagstaff real estate for several years and has earned the e-Pro and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) real estate designations.

Having been in Flagstaff since she graduated from Northern Arizona University, Patty brings the depth of knowledge about our area that comes from seeing Flagstaff grow from a small town to a small city.

Patty was born and raised in Apache Junction, Arizona. She put the little town on the map by being the first girl in the state to play with boy's little league baseball and junior high basketball teams.

Patty is a member of the Northern Arizona, Arizona and the National Associations of Realtors®, HRC and Donate for Life.

Kody Taylor, Client Care Manager

Kody is a member of the Northern Arizona, Arizona and the National Associations of Realtors®, she helps the rest of the team serve our clients. She coordinates a virtual army of part-time assistants, double checks our paperwork and fields all the details that need to come together to make every real estate transaction a successful one. Kody has also earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation.
