Area 105: Cheshire/Peak View The Cheshire/Peak View neighborhood is on the west of Highway 180 (Ft. Valley Road) as you reach the northwest side of the town limits. You may enter the neighborhood from the highway at Fremont or Peak View, or from the neighborhood to the south via Lynnette Road. The neighborhood was developed in the 1970s and 1980s, with a few newer homes and townhomes built in the late nineties. The area includes what is known as the "Foothills" neighborhood -- the area farthest from the highway that rises above the rest of the neighborhood. Many homes have spectacular views of the San Francisco Peaks.
