Area 510: Hutchinson Acres Subdivision developed in the late 1990s with homes built in the first few years of the 21st century. The neighborhood has dedicated open space and trail access to the national forest. There is an active homeowners' association that enforces CC&R restrictions. Many lots are just under an acre. A few are just over an acre, and a few, at the back of the subdivision, are on lots of over 3 acres. The subdivision borders Highway 89 on the east and Campbell Road on the north. Entrance to the subdivision on Henry Drive from either Highway 89 or Campbell.
