The numbers from April are showing us that the Flagstaff real estate market continues to grow strong. With 83 single family homes selling last month, we went up from 76 in March and 58 from April of 2017. We are not seeing any signs of a slow down, and we continue to feel the pressure of rising prices. There is only a month’s supply of single family homes under $400,000, and no current single family homes under the $200,000 range. We broke the $400,000 mark with the median home price which was $414,000 in April.
There are still some homes to be found in the lower price ranges, but buyers may have to open their options to townhomes, condos and manufactured homes. These prices are rising too, however. The median price for a manufactured home in Flagstaff in April was $263,000.
